Hermès Customer Experience Executive

- Greet customers, answer phones, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Address routine billing questions and issues from customers.
- Assist in store opening and closing, including cash handling and deposits.
- Complete, process, and maintain paperwork and records.
- Manage daily till operations and handle goods delivery to clients.
- Optimize customer greetings and conclude sales transactions effectively.
- Train and direct junior cashiers, setting customer service standards.
- Process payments via cash, cheques, wire transfers, or credit cards.
- Ensure register areas are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Identify product prices using memory or scanner.
- Enter transactions in the cash register and provide total bills to customers.
- Sort and count currency and coins, issuing receipts and change.
- Count money at the start and end of each shift.
- Perform customer service representative duties as needed.
- Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and marking prices.
- Open and close tills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly observant.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
