Hermès Customer Experience Associate

- Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs, product interests, and inquiries.
- Ensure customers are served promptly by the next available staff member.
- Manage potential queue issues and provide amenities to queuing customers as needed.
- Arrange and verify walk-in customer appointments.
- Maintain effective communication with the team and escort customers within the store.
- Provide feedback on queue and Tally management.
- Update and record customer appointments throughout the day.
- Recognize and greet VIP customers by name.
- Serve aftersales and Web-To-Shop customers.
- Support cashier duties when necessary.
- Assist in general store operations and activities.
- Relevant work experience in retail sales, stock management, or customer service.
- Cheerful and helpful demeanor with the ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Assertive with a good understanding of floor operations.
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Previous experience in retail sales, stock management, or customer service is required.
