- Warmly welcome clients throughout the store, embodying the role of a 'Master of the House'.
- Guide clients to desired departments, liaising with sales advisors.
- Offer beverages to clients, maintaining a high-end hospitality service standard, and manage beverage stock and cleanliness.
- Facilitate omnichannel client engagement (web to shop, remote sales, shop to shop).
- Cultivate close relationships with select clients, including VIPs and regular patrons.
- Engage with clients about their past store experiences.
- Recognize and greet personalities, adhering to appropriate protocols.
- Manage client flow in high-volume departments (fashion accessories, footwear, jewelry).
- Participate in feedback collection for continuous improvement.
- Provide support for ancillary requests.
- Currently enrolled as a student seeking enriching client interaction experience.
- Proven experience in high-end retail or hospitality reception.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability, rigor, and service orientation.
- Team spirit.
- Fluent in English.
