Customer Experience and Special Orders Project Assistant Intern

1. Follow up on actions planned for top clients and prepare various experiences such as workshop visits and client presentations.
2. Proactively organize experiences, maintain precise follow-up, and provide feedback.
3. Develop client experience tools for special orders and sales teams, coordinating projects with stores and internal teams.
4. Assist in the development of workshop visit experiences and propose options for client receptions.
5. Support the organization of international events and store animations.
6. Conduct annual analyses on clients and special orders, handling large data sets.
7. Ensure the showroom is presentable and products are well-displayed.
8. Support and organize the Podium event and develop related tools.
9. Develop and implement a quarterly newsletter and support internal event organization.
