Hermès Client Experience and Special Orders Project Assistant Intern

- Monitor and execute action plans for Very Important Clients (VICs), organizing bespoke experiences such as atelier visits and client presentations.
- Develop and coordinate customer experience tools for special orders and sales teams, ensuring seamless client journeys.
- Assist in enhancing the atelier visit experience through digital and print tools, and manage the inventory of displayed items.
- Support the organization of international events, including product installations and rights negotiation for photographs.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on client interactions and special orders, managing large datasets independently.
- Ensure showroom readiness for client visits, maintaining product displays and coordinating with general services.
- Assist in the organization and execution of the Podium event, supporting the team and developing necessary tools.
- Develop and implement a quarterly newsletter and support internal event organization.
- Final-year student from a business school seeking an internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong project management skills, with a proactive, organized, and dynamic approach.
- Interest in craftsmanship and luxury industries.
- Experience in communication, client experience, or retail is appreciated.
