Hermès Cultural Project Coordinator - Design Studio

- Coordinate partnerships and collaborations with art schools, including budget and timeline management.
- Oversee administrative and legal aspects of partnerships.
- Organize and participate in various stages of partnerships, including immersion days and final juries.
- Plan and execute the Drawing Day event, including venue selection, brainstorming sessions, and budget management.
- Manage invitations and confirmations for internal and external participants of Drawing Day.
- Coordinate the Drawing Festival, including student exhibitions and event logistics.
- Facilitate meetings with the Artistic Director and schools for drawing selections.
- Degree in Business, Art History, Cultural Management, or Communication & Strategy.
- Interest in contemporary art.
- Strong creative and innovative profile.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with workshop facilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative spirit.
- Dynamic, organized, and adaptable.
- Understanding of luxury industry transformation is a plus.
