- Compile and analyze monthly client data reports to support Hermès Australia and Hermès International.
- Generate ad-hoc reports for events and identify potential clients to enhance store performance.
- Implement client data updates, including opt-ins/opt-outs and account merges, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate large-scale data cleansing with Hermès International, local teams, and third parties.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all client interactions, adhering to privacy principles and policies.
- Manage client data privacy requests and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Coordinate Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) content and execution with Hermès International.
- Support the development of client communication strategies for seasonal and commercial activities.
- Create and manage mailing lists for client gifts and editions, ensuring data accuracy and inventory management.
- Facilitate CRM and data capture training sessions for retail staff, emphasizing the importance of quality data.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury or high-end fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Fluency in English.
- Exceptional relationship development and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 2 years in a relevant field, with luxury or high-end fashion industry experience being advantageous.
