Hermès Corporate Social Responsibility Project Manager

- Implement and enhance group tools to achieve diversity and inclusion goals, including training, communication materials, and awareness initiatives.
- Support entities in structuring their action plans in collaboration with local representatives and ambassadors.
- Ensure the execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives and support entities in their efforts.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices and establish monitoring indicators.
- Collect information from local to central levels and organize sharing sessions within various communities of representatives and ambassadors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers and contribute to organizing Duo Days.
- Co-manage the network of representatives and ambassadors, including meeting support, information sharing, and event coordination.
- Coordinate recruitment fairs, webinars, and other projects with service providers.
- Develop and promote health and well-being surveys, ensuring regular and objective measurement of employee engagement.
- Assist in the development of mental health and work flexibility initiatives, including event organization and communication.
- Conduct strategic support activities, including RSE best practice analysis, strategic prioritization workshops, and internal and external communication drafting.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Versatility, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Interest in corporate social responsibility topics
- Previous internship experience appreciated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Bananatag
