Hermès Corporate Communication Project Assistant Intern

- Assist the Project Manager from conception to delivery of communication projects and materials, including industry events and international adaptations, print content, and digital assets.
- Analyze corporate communication strategy objectives, identify key messages, and construct communication plans.
- Define project specifications and coordinate project teams within budget and timeline constraints.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the communication team.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery of events and communication tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor deliverables and conduct project evaluations.
- Track corporate social responsibility (CSR) actions for internal communication, including carbon footprint assessments and conference animations.
- Draft positioning notes, benchmarks, and sector analyses on societal and current issues impacting corporate communication.
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École, fashion school, communication school, business school, or university with a specialization in communication.
- Seeking a comprehensive and formative internship experience.
- Previous professional experience in communication, event management, or project management.
- Demonstrated autonomy, attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Strong interest in sustainable development topics.
- Knowledge of social media and media landscapes, with an ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Previous professional experience in communication, event management, or project management is required.
Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program.
