2. Support the legal team in securities law compliance and filings.
3. Conduct legal research on corporate and securities law matters.
4. Draft and review contracts and legal documents.

6. Maintain and organize legal files and records.

1. Enrollment in a law degree program with a focus on corporate and securities law.
2. Strong academic record in relevant legal coursework.
3. Proficiency in legal research and writing.

Previous internship experience in a legal environment is preferred but not required.
