Hermès Core HR Analyst

- Lead and complete group reorganizations and integrations in the HRIS tool.
- Implement tool enhancements based on defined priorities, including clarifying specifications, conducting tests, and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Validate and test service requests received via tickets, communicating with support teams responsible for developments.
- Liaise with HR stakeholders to communicate relevant HRIS activities and track their challenges and potential needs.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions on the tool for the HR community, including new hires and process refreshers.
- Maintain and develop technical and functional documentation of processes within the team's scope.
- Conduct audits and analyses to consolidate various team-related topics, such as reports and indicators, interface functionality, and data quality tracking.
- Monitor the resolution of payroll interface errors and suggest possible improvements to correct their sources.
- Collaborate with the 'Analytics' team to create reports by translating HR needs into clear specifications, redesigning certain indicators, and building a data catalog.
- At least 4 years of experience, including experience in an HR consulting firm, HR software integration, or within an HRIS department.
- Proficiency in the entire administrative management process with a good knowledge of Oracle HCM.
- Strong project management skills, complemented by proven organizational rigor and quality.
- Excellent synthesis skills and strong writing abilities.
- Proactive with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and work transversally.
- Ability to operate in a complex environment and work effectively with stakeholders of different levels and cultures.
- Ability to take a step back and converge ideas in the collective interest, with decision-making capability.
- Very good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM
