Hermès Core HR Analyst

- Lead and complete group reorganizations and integrations within the HRIS tool.
- Implement tool enhancements based on defined priorities, including clarifying specifications, conducting tests, and proposing system solutions.
- Validate and test service requests received via tickets, coordinating with Support teams responsible for developments.
- Communicate with HR stakeholders regarding relevant HRIS activities and monitor their challenges and potential needs.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions on the tool for the HR community, including onboarding and process refreshers.
- Maintain and develop technical and functional documentation for processes within the team's scope.
- Conduct audits and analyses to consolidate various subjects within the team's scope, such as reports, indicators, and data quality tracking.
- Monitor and resolve errors related to payroll interfaces and suggest potential improvements to address root causes.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to create reports by translating HR needs into clear specifications, redesigning certain indicators, and constructing a data catalog.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, including experience in an HR consulting firm, HR software integration, or within an HRIS department.
- Proficiency in administrative management processes with a strong knowledge of Oracle HCM.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management capabilities, complemented by proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with excellent writing skills, proactive with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and work effectively with stakeholders of varying levels and cultures.
- Capacity to synthesize ideas and make collective decisions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 4 years in HR consulting, HR software integration, or HRIS management.
