- Contribute to the deployment of organizational best practices at the site.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to organization, workflow, ergonomics, and HSE.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including individual and communal tooling distribution and 5S implementation.
- Implement and lead 5S initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Engineering or University with a specialization in continuous improvement, industrial performance, or production management.
- Previous experience or internship in continuous improvement or cross-functional project management is preferred.
- Project management skills, including organization, formalization, and prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to unite various project stakeholders.
- Team facilitation and listening skills with potential for production team management.
- Adaptability and creativity in project execution.
Ideal candidates will have a prior internship or experience in continuous improvement or cross-functional project management.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
