Hermès Continuous Improvement Intern

- Animate the continuous improvement roadmap for the department.
- Establish a Lean & Operational Excellence culture within the company.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate the implementation of action plans across various teams.
- Deploy methods and tools related to continuous improvement projects and participate in change management.
- Ensure coherence and understanding of end-to-end processes, assist in problem analysis and resolution.
- Set up progress routines with stakeholders and project management.
- Support tooling practices (IT processes or template creation).
- Contribute to defining indicators and monitoring reports with the Data team.
- Raise awareness about the importance of data quality across functions.
- Communicate and implement best practices and work standards.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in general engineering with a focus on Supply Chain preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean methodologies.
- Strong functional and analytical skills, with a keen interest in information systems and flow issues.
- Ability to understand client supply chain challenges and support change management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a developed sense of service, adaptable to various interlocutors (operational team, IT department, business units, stores, etc.).
- Proficiency in Windows suite, especially Excel, with innovative communication skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Strong interest in process improvement within a developing Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage.

No prior experience required, but knowledge of Lean methodologies and supply chain processes is preferred.
