1. Animate the continuous improvement roadmap for the department.
2. Establish a Lean & Operational Excellence culture within the company.
3. Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and bottlenecks.
4. Coordinate the implementation of action plans across various teams.
5. Deploy methods and tools related to continuous improvement projects and participate in change management.
6. Ensure coherence and understanding of end-to-end processes, assist in problem analysis and resolution.
7. Set up progress routines with stakeholders and project management.
8. Support tooling practices (IT processes or template creation).
9. Contribute to defining indicators and monitoring reports with the Data team.
10. Raise awareness about the importance of data quality across functions.
11. Communicate and implement best practices and work standards.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in general engineering with a focus on Supply Chain preferred.
2. In-depth knowledge of Lean methodologies.
3. Strong functional and analytical skills, with a keen interest in information systems and flow issues.
4. Ability to understand client supply chain challenges and support change management.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a developed sense of service, adaptable to various interlocutors (operational team, IT department, business units, stores, etc.).
6. Proficiency in Windows suite, especially Excel, with innovative communication skills.
7. Rigorous, organized, and quick learner with a proactive approach.
8. Strong interest in process improvement within a developing Supply Chain.
9. Knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage.
