- Develop training modules on continuous improvement tools.
- Design and conceptualize training materials.
- Participate in defining content for training.
- Collaborate with external providers during the design and production phases of training materials.
- Assist in the operational implementation of training modules.
- Conduct audits within various departments to map dossier launches and inter-departmental interactions.
- Visualize and analyze results of departmental interactions to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to inventory management for workshop relocations.
- Develop an operational action plan based on inventory assessments.
- Final-year student in a generalist engineering school with an industrial focus.
- Dynamic, organized, rigorous, flexible, curious, and autonomous.
- Service-oriented with a preference for hands-on work.
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, 5 Whys, 5M, MSP, 5S, Muda.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in a formative and operational experience is essential.
Final-year student in a generalist engineering school with an industrial focus.
