1. Develop training modules on continuous improvement tools.
2. Design and conceptualize training materials.
3. Participate in defining content for training.
4. Collaborate with external providers during the design and production phases of training materials.
5. Assist in the operational implementation of training modules.
6. Conduct audits within various departments to map dossier launches and inter-departmental interactions.
7. Visualize and analyze results of departmental interactions to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
8. Contribute to inventory management for workshop relocations.
9. Develop an operational action plan based on inventory assessments.

1. Final-year student in a generalist engineering school with an industrial focus.
2. Dynamic, organized, rigorous, flexible, curious, and autonomous.
3. Service-oriented with a preference for hands-on work.

1. Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, 5 Whys, 5M, MSP, 5S, Muda.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in a formative and operational experience is essential.

Final-year student in a generalist engineering school with an industrial focus.
