1. Contribute to managing projects related to operational performance, including optimizing workflows and standardizing methods.
2. Develop and monitor performance analysis tools, proposing action plans based on performance, service, and quality indicators.
3. Participate in the quality assurance system's management, analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with workshop managers to implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Engage in training and raising awareness among teams on continuous improvement methods such as 5S and Kaizen.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Previous experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or quality control.
3. Experience in an industrial environment is advantageous.

4. Autonomous with a proactive mindset.
5. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn Power BI.

Previous experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or quality control is required, preferably in an industrial setting.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
