Hermès Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern

- Contribute to managing projects related to operational performance, including optimizing workflows and standardizing methods.
- Develop and monitor performance analysis tools, proposing action plans based on performance, service, and quality indicators.
- Participate in the quality assurance system's management, analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with workshop managers to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Engage in training and raising awareness among teams on continuous improvement methods such as 5S and Kaizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or quality control.
- Experience in an industrial environment is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Autonomous with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn Power BI.
Previous experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or quality control is required, preferably in an industrial setting.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
