1. Manage technical data and documentation, supporting the Data Reference, by collecting technical data from the field or existing databases.
2. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of technical data in IT tools such as ERP and MES, including article database management, updating manufacturing ranges, and production standards.
3. Conduct field observations and data analyses to identify improvement areas within a defined scope.
4. Facilitate workshops on continuous improvement projects, proposing and implementing optimization solutions.
5. Support operational teams by assisting in routine field activities, maintaining dashboards, and defining performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Implement and maintain a 5S standard with visual management and participate in problem-solving with field teams.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a focus on industrial processes, lean manufacturing, project management, or supply chain.
2. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
3. Familiarity with production management software (ERP or MES) is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of database preparation software (Quary) and/or data visualization tools (Power BI) is beneficial.

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in engineering or related fields is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
