Hermès Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern

- Manage technical data and documentation, supporting the Data Reference, by collecting technical data from the field or existing databases.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of technical data in IT tools such as ERP and MES, including article database management, updating manufacturing ranges, and production standards.
- Conduct field observations and data analyses to identify improvement areas within a defined scope.
- Facilitate workshops on continuous improvement projects, proposing and implementing optimization solutions.
- Support operational teams by assisting in routine field activities, maintaining dashboards, and defining performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and maintain a 5S standard with visual management and participate in problem-solving with field teams.
- Autonomy and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, pedagogical aptitude, and curiosity.
- Proactive problem-solving orientation with a service mindset.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a focus on industrial processes, lean manufacturing, project management, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with production management software (ERP or MES) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of database preparation software (Quary) and/or data visualization tools (Power BI) is beneficial.
No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in engineering or related fields is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
