1. Support the continuous improvement team in the analysis of production processes.
2. Assist in the identification of areas for efficiency enhancement within the leather goods division.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
4. Participate in the documentation and reporting of process changes and outcomes.
5. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework or project work in process improvement is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
