1. Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization.
3. Support the analysis of production data to enhance efficiency and quality.
4. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices.
5. Participate in workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

1. Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
2. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

No prior professional experience required, though previous internships in a similar field are advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
