- Assist the Continuous Improvement Manager with ongoing and daily projects.
- Implement quality control tools for products exiting the workshop.
- Contribute to the implementation of the 5S methodology in the Ardennes production workshops.
- Establish a practice-sharing approach across the three sites of the Ardennes cluster.
- Define RDP priorities based on data analysis and workshop quality feedback.
- Identify non-value-added activities in workshops and participate in their reduction.
- Support production managers in identifying and resolving daily issues.
- Enrollment in an engineering school, ideally with prior experience or internship in continuous improvement or a cross-functional production management role.
- Project management expertise, including organizational, formalization, and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational, rigorous, and methodical approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to unite various project stakeholders.
- Team leadership and listening skills with potential for production team management.
Previous experience or internship in continuous improvement or a cross-functional production management role is preferred.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
