Hermès Concierge Project Coordinator

- Oversee the budget for seasonal uniform orders.
- Compile and track uniform orders with the Customer Service department.
- Manage uniform returns.
- Organize logistics for bi-annual uniform campaigns, including event location and kit preparation for Parisian stores.
- Coordinate with external tailoring service providers and manage related invoices.
- Monitor equipment requests from the recruitment team and ensure timely dispatch of uniforms to stores.
- Act as a liaison between recruitment teams and retail locations.
- Manage physical and digital stock levels, alerting on inventory status.
- Implement a pressing service for stock rotation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Concierge Project within French Logistics.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by consolidating team feedback and challenging new process flows.
- Significant experience in project management, particularly in cross-functional roles.
- Strong interest in retail and customer experience-related topics.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assertiveness in managing projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
