Hermès Compensation and Benefits Assistant

- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Support the team in data collection and analysis for compensation benchmarking.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to compensation and benefits.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new benefits initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or Business Administration program.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
No prior professional experience required, but any internship or coursework related to human resources or compensation and benefits is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
