Hermès Compensation & Benefits Assistant

- Support the annual compensation review process.
- Monitor workforce data, update social data, and ensure high-quality reporting in line with Group guidelines.
- Identify, maintain, and track monthly and annual HR KPIs.
- Analyze existing compensation and benefits, ensuring grading consistency within the Group's framework.
- Participate in Group-led studies and conduct specific studies as requested by operational HR teams.
- Contribute to the deployment and management of Hermès' social model, including health protection and retirement plans.
- Assist in the deployment of the compensation review module and support managers, including Codir members, pole directors, and line managers.
- Contribute to the implementation of social reporting obligations under the CSRD, highlighting results, particularly in salary transparency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits or social management control.
- Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, service orientation, and team spirit.
- Proactive, rigorous, methodical, organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Autonomy and proactive approach.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
A first experience in a similar role is appreciated.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits or social management control.
The position offers a 12-month apprenticeship starting in September 2025, providing valuable experience in a prestigious company.
