- Contribute to the implementation of the Group Benefits policy.
- Update and analyze the global mapping of social protection schemes, including parental leave, health, provident, retirement, and disability.
- Conduct comparative studies and benchmarks to ensure the competitiveness and coherence of international schemes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to consolidate strategic dashboards and aid decision-making.
- Participate in the creation of communication and training materials for employees and local HR teams, including employee savings and shareholding.
- Respond to inquiries from international HR teams regarding benefits and assist in the implementation of schemes.
- Engage in regulatory and industry watch to anticipate changes and propose relevant adjustments.
- Master's degree in business school, university, or specialized training in social protection, human resources, or management.
- Strong interest in benefits and compensation.
- Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret data and produce clear and relevant analyses.
- Structured mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation, with a preference for teamwork and interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and content creation tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous, particularly within the luxury or fashion industry.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
