Communications Project Assistant Intern

1. Coordinate the management and distribution of press tools, including the press room, weekly press reviews, press meetings (scheduling, agenda), and follow-up on press release production.
2. Support the development of digital projects, including briefing and overseeing the creation of content for social media and internal newsletters.
3. Ensure coordination of the distribution of editorial materials and manage the organization of the reserve.

1. Student in communication or cultural management, interested in a communication role.
2. Strong interest in communication challenges, especially within the cultural and solidarity sectors.

1. Excellent writing skills, good spelling, and literary sensitivity.
2. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Office and Adobe tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
3. Required qualities: autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, and proactivity.
4. Interest and sensitivity towards digital communication.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in communication within cultural and solidarity sectors is preferred.

Student in communication or cultural management.

Internship contract
