- Contribute to the development and distribution of the 'Le Monde d'Hermès' magazine by conducting research and coordinating with various departments.
- Manage logistics for photo shoots, including object requests and order processing.
- Support project management by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the production of a new podcast series by scheduling and coordinating participants.
- Facilitate the execution of event projects by maintaining schedules and supporting teams in Paris and subsidiaries.
- Compile annual reports on project outcomes.
- Master's degree in Business, Communication, or Cultural Management from a prestigious institution.
- Previous experience in communication, event management, or project management.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Autonomous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Interest in culture, creativity, and luxury objects.
- Knowledge of social media and media landscapes.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in communication or related fields.
Master's degree in Business, Communication, or Cultural Management.
