- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand vision for the Benelux-Nordics region in alignment with Hermès International's communication objectives.
- Lead a team of communication professionals, including Area Communication Managers, a Windows Officer, and a Communication Assistant, while coordinating with external press attachés and a local PR agency.
- Craft and execute a strategic communication plan encompassing PAID/OWNED/EARNED media tailored to the region's unique cultural and market needs.
- Oversee media relations, ensuring high-quality editorial coverage and fostering a network of influential figures across the region.
- Design and manage events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, including store openings and in-store animations.
- Collaborate with the Hermès International Windows Department to create captivating window displays that integrate local artistic talent.
- Support the Hermès Foundation's contemporary art initiatives at La Verrière, ensuring effective local media and PR engagement.
- Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback to drive excellence.
- Maintain a keen awareness of market trends and competitor strategies, sharing insights with the executive committee.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury or selective product communication.
- Proven ability to build and manage information and influence networks.
