Hermès Communications Assistant

- Assist in the preparation and execution of events, including briefing, retro-planning, venue research, and coordination with service providers.
- Support the operational follow-up of communication materials (print and digital) such as invitations, posters, and press kits, and manage the dissemination of publications.
- Monitor social media performance, including statistics, trends, and data qualification, and assist in moderation.
- Coordinate with teams to successfully execute joint projects, including documentation and organization of weekly meetings.
- Continuously update the contact database and the Foundation's event calendar.
- Manage the stock of the Foundation's publications.
- Currently enrolled in a communication or cultural management program, with a strong interest in communication within the cultural and solidarity sectors.
- Excellent writing skills, good spelling, and a literary sensibility.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and familiarity with Office and Adobe tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Photoshop, InDesign.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in communication and cultural management is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or cultural management.
