Hermès Assistant Communication Project Manager Internship

- Assist in the conception and delivery of 360° communication projects and related materials for Silk, Footwear, and Fashion Accessories divisions.
- Analyze business requests, identify key messages, and oversee communication plans.
- Define project specifications and coordinate project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Manage the end-to-end process of event and communication tool development.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, logistics, and media teams, as well as external agencies and vendors.
- Monitor project phases, deliverables, and develop guidelines.
- Compile action reports, summarizing activities and outcomes.
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École, fashion school, communication school, business school, or university with a specialization in communication.
- Previous experience in communication, particularly in event management or project management.
- Ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, and diplomatic.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in software tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
Previous experience in communication, particularly in event management or project management, demonstrating autonomy, attention to detail, and service orientation.
Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
