Hermès Institutional Communication Project Assistant

- Assist in coordinating advertising campaigns from conception to delivery, in collaboration with advertising agencies and subsidiaries.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (creative directors, production teams, subsidiaries, métiers, press, art buying, media, social networks) and external partners (agencies, copywriters), ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Consolidate and construct the list of deliverables for print and digital content.
- Develop editorial pages for hermes.com, create briefs for copywriters, and oversee translations.
- Support styling logistics, including preparation for fittings, product loan management, and coordination with métiers, press, styling team, and agency.
- Oversee post-production of assets, including retouching, asset variations, and graphic guidelines.
- Verify assets and ensure final delivery to all stakeholders.
- Develop guidelines summarizing developed assets.
- Conduct campaign reporting.
- Enrolled in a Grande École, communication school, business school, or university with a specialization in communication.
- Previous internship experience in an agency or communication department handling project management.
- Autonomy, rigor, flexibility, attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of social media and media channels with a keen interest in these areas.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Previous internship experience in an agency or communication department handling project management is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
