Communication Project Assistant

1. Coordinate advertising campaigns with the agency and subsidiaries from briefing to delivery.
2. Serve as an interface between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring budget and timeline adherence.
3. Consolidate and construct the list of deliverables for print and digital content.
4. Design editorial pages for hermes.com, create briefs for writers, and oversee translations.
5. Assist with styling logistics, including fittings preparation, product loans management, and coordination with various teams.
6. Oversee post-production of assets, including retouching and graphic guidelines.
7. Verify assets and ensure final delivery to all stakeholders.
8. Develop guidelines summarizing developed assets.
9. Conduct campaign reporting.

1. Student in a Grande École, communication school, business school, or university with a specialization in communication.
2. Seeking a rich and formative internship experience.

3. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
4. Knowledge of social media and media platforms.
5. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Previous internship experience in an agency or communication department managing projects.
