Hermès Leather Goods Communication Project Assistant Internship

- Assist in organizing the commercial showroom, including scheduling press appointments.
- Develop press purchasing tools such as stock analyses and target offer definitions.
- Participate in buying sessions, presenting collections, and taking orders.
- Analyze post-showroom activities.
- Monitor the production campaign of press prototypes for press offices.
- Contribute to the development of specific content and tools, including press kits and Q&As.
- Coordinate press workshop reportage projects, including visit coordination.
- Support the development and deployment of cross-functional and leather goods-specific communication events.
- Manage product selection and loan processes for events.
- Recruit and train artisans for exhibitions and savoir-faire demonstrations.
- Order and dispatch materials for artisans involved in exhibitions and demonstrations.
- Update briefing documents and product information for artisans and press teams.
- Report on events and update communication action calendars and the IDM 360 team calendar.
- Enhance the visibility of leather goods through various Hermès communication channels, including institutional campaigns and social media.
- Update the product bible.
- Develop editorial content for Hermes.com.
- Support internal communication by managing the publication calendar on the Group's intranet and assisting editors.
- Conduct trend monitoring and analysis in press and social media.
- Master's level student in a gap year or final year of Business School, Fashion School, or University.
- Previous experience in marketing or communication project management is preferred.
- Organizational skills and initiative.
- Product sensitivity and curiosity.
- Strong writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Suite is advantageous.
