Hermès Communication Assistant Manager

- Plan and execute the installation and dismantling of exhibitions at Atelier Hermès.
- Review and manage schedules for all printed materials related to exhibitions.
- Organize and oversee exhibition-related events, including press conferences, opening receptions, and artist talks.
- Liaise with the Foundation, artistic director, and artists to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage daily operations of the gallery.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote exhibitions and the institution.
- Cultivate relationships with target media and respond to media inquiries.
- Monitor and report on media coverage in magazines and online platforms.
- Manage and develop digital assets for the Korean website and Kakao Plus Friends in coordination with the AD and E-commerce team.
- Participate in and support the execution of special brand events initiated by the communication team.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on art and design.
- Over 7 years of professional experience in exhibition coordination, promotion, or communication fields.
- Strong sense of responsibility regarding exhibition setup schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with artists and journalists.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English.
A minimum of 7 years in exhibition coordination, promotion, or communication roles.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in art and design.
