Hermès Communication and Innovation Officer

- Develop and enhance communication materials across relevant channels including video, web, print, and presentations.
- Organize and execute internal events that align with strategic objectives, including digital live events and seminars.
- Contribute to the internal communication rituals at Hermès Cuirs Précieux's Paris site.
- Assist in creating an e-learning module on leather craftsmanship to facilitate new employee integration.
- Write articles for the newsletter and intranet to highlight the entity's key issues such as craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation.
- Create visual and video materials to support innovation initiatives at Hermès Cuirs Précieux sites.
- Maintain the innovation platform and develop a monthly dashboard to track idea progression.
- Manage the project management toolkit by gathering best practices and creating guides for new tools.
- Facilitate collective intelligence workshops as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Political Science, or Communication.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with a proactive approach.
- Creative mindset with a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in digital and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Playplay, Indesign).
A minimum of one prior experience in a corporate setting is required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Political Science, or Communication.
