Hermès Communication and Events Intern

- Assist in the management of the four window displays at the Rue de Sèvres store, including project tracking and material selection.
- Draft meeting minutes and compile a comprehensive book of Sèvres scenographies since 2023.
- Coordinate with various Hermès métiers to manage requests for visuals, objects, and events.
- Prepare loan/product sheets and input data into loan management software.
- Manage stock requests from Bobigny for atelier availability.
- Conduct an inventory of scenography stock and ensure its proper organization.
- Compile a press review of Petit h since 2023 and create a book of Petit h's journey.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in communication.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative flair and proficiency in written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating compelling presentations.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
- Sensitivity to design, circularity, and the ethos of Petit h.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in communication and events within the luxury sector is preferred.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
