Communication and Events Assistant Intern

1. Assist in managing projects for the four window displays at the Sèvres store, including production follow-up and material selection.
2. Draft meeting minutes.
3. Create a portfolio of Sèvres scenographies since 2023.
4. Coordinate requests from other departments for visuals, objects, and events.
5. Draft loan/product sheets and input information into loan software.
6. Manage requests from Bobigny stocks for item retrieval to the workshop.
7. Conduct an inventory of scenography stock and ensure proper management.
8. Compile a Petit h press review since 2023.
9. Create a travel book since the inception of Petit h.

1. Student in a business school or equivalent university program (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in communication.

1. Organized, meticulous, and creative.
2. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating attractive and reliable presentations.
3. Adaptability, curiosity, and teamwork skills.
4. Sensitivity to design, circularity, and the Petit h workshop approach.

No specific experience required, but a background in communication is preferred.

Student in a business school or equivalent university program (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in communication.

Internship contract for 6 months, full-time, starting in September 2025.
