Hermès Communication and Events Assistant Internship

- Assist in the management of projects for the four window displays at the Rue de Sèvres store, including production follow-up and material selection.
- Draft meeting minutes and compile a comprehensive book of Sèvres scenographies since 2023.
- Coordinate requests from various métiers for visuals, objects, and events, and manage information requests.
- Prepare loan/product sheets and input information into loan management software.
- Manage stock requests from Bobigny for atelier availability.
- Conduct an inventory of scenography stock and ensure proper organization and management.
- Compile a Petit h press review since 2023 and create a book of Petit h milestones.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in communication.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating attractive and reliable presentations.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and teamwork skills.
- Sensitivity to design, circularity, and the Petit h atelier's approach.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic or project experience in communication is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Interns will gain valuable experience in a prestigious luxury fashion house, with opportunities to develop skills in communication and event management.
