Hermès Commercial Support Specialist

- Input and validate customer orders and special orders placed by sales associates.
- Handle inter-store transfer requests.
- Notify clients and draft informational and follow-up emails.
- Monitor available orders and reservations in-store.
- Manage the complete after-sales product process.
- Handle remote sales requests, ensuring customer relations and executing sales.
- Oversee omni-channel flows from the hermes.fr website.
- Perform cash register openings and support during closings.
- Manage in-store and remote customer payments.
- Conduct cash withdrawals throughout the day.
- Prepare quotes, pro-formas, and wedding lists for clients.
- Manage consumable orders for the entire store.
- Conduct necessary administrative archiving in line with internal controls.
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
