Hermès Commercial Support Assistant

- Ensure excellence and customer satisfaction in handling after-sales service requests.
- Repair and enhance customer relationships through the 'Hermès Client Culture' service.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of their after-sales service.
- Follow up with clients on dormant after-sales services and offer remote services.
- Collaborate closely with the Central After-Sales Service team.
- Act as the direct contact with local artisans across various métiers including fashion, leather, watchmaking, and jewelry.
- Receive and diagnose items from clients for repair.
- Monitor repair timelines and quotations.
- Conduct quality control of products post-repair.
- Manage repair workflow according to priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) with experience in sales or after-sales service management.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, organized, and meticulous.
- Interest in retail and proficiency with IT tools.
- Analytical skills and ability to implement management processes and methods.
Experience in sales or after-sales service management is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3).
