Hermès Commercial Support Assistant

- Serve as the primary contact for the Customer Relations Center via calls and emails.
- Manage and track customer reservations and orders.
- Handle and monitor outgoing repair requests from the store.
- Oversee remote and telephone order management.
- Ensure the tracking of customer shipments, including translation and documentation.
- Monitor and guarantee performance metrics such as reservation creation, potential sales revenue, and conversion rates.
- Manage after-sales service processes.
- Responsible for archiving in accordance with group procedures.
- Handle Washington Convention agreements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2 or 3)
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Cegid, Excel, and Pivot Tables.
- Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening abilities and service orientation.
- Team spirit and analytical skills.
- Ability to implement management processes and methods.
- Customer and service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in sales is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2 or 3)
