- Communicate with Customer Service and store logistics teams regarding orders and deliveries.
- Systematically analyze stock situations to identify optimization needs.
- Support end-of-season stock movements.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly retail KPI reports to the Manager.
- Coordinate and follow up on operational tasks such as after-sales, repairs, and call center cases.
- Support execution and coordination of in-store initiatives to assist the Manager in store animation.
- Provide administrative support for store opening projects.
- Assist the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong business acumen.
- Attention to detail and independence.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team.
- Multitasking and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in sales support, preferably within the luxury or retail business environment.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
