Hermès Commercial Development Assistant

- Participate in organizing showroom sales, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare sales, stock, and RAL analyses, and update ERP systems with commercial tools.
- Assist in creating sales support tools and organizing remote purchasing activities.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of showroom stands during sales events.
- Welcome and assist buyers, manage vendors and models, and oversee order modifications.
- Collaborate on interim and final showroom results with zone managers.
- Analyze organizational performance, including appointment durations and client feedback.
- Support product performance tracking with weekly sell-out and stock status analyses.
- Develop ad-hoc analyses based on team needs, such as business focus and travel reports.
- Optimize sell-out processes and manage seasonal restocks and available stock animation.
- Consolidate and disseminate information on production cancellations and client communications.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of special orders and update associated tools.
- Manage press show orders and uniform offerings.
- Business, fashion, or engineering school background.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and numerical aptitude.
- Ability to synthesize and consolidate information.
- Commercial acumen.
A first experience in retail, either corporate or boutique, is preferred.
Business, fashion, or engineering school background.
