Hermès Commercial Development Assistant Intern

- Manage the commercial aspects of special orders.
- Communicate with markets regarding order details and validation processes, including criteria verification, business validation, pricing, timelines, and client acceptance.
- Maintain and update tracking files.
- Regularly share the status of special orders with zone managers.
- Oversee the global tracking of prototypes and update stock records.
- Manage shipments related to prototypes.
- Assist in organizing meetings and commercial presentations, including visual merchandising.
- Develop visual merchandising plans for events and assist with implementation.
- Contribute to updating training documents and preparing presentations.
- Coordinate the dispatch of necessary tools for successful event execution.
- Utilize Excel for daily tasks and conduct ad hoc analyses on product performance, stock, and ongoing orders.
- Prepare varied and timely reports.
- Student in a business school (gap year or final year) or university with a specialization in marketing/commercial.
- Dynamic, meticulous, and curious with a strong customer service orientation.
- Interest in the luxury sector; experience in jewelry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Fluent in English.

No prior experience required, though an interest or background in luxury or jewelry is advantageous.
