- Assist zone managers in preparing various sales sessions, including seasonal showrooms, online sales sessions, and restock proposals.
- Act as a project manager for Preview preparations, ensuring all organizational steps are followed.
- Prepare and distribute organizational timelines for sales sessions.
- Support the creation and co-presentation of vendor briefings.
- Coordinate with the commercial and Visual Merchandising teams to prepare stands.
- Provide logistical support for showroom organization, including installation coordination with General Services and external service providers.
- Manage sales schedules, track vendor activities, and allocate appointments.
- Monitor vendor quotes and manage budgets for mannequins and other service providers.
- Support the creation of purchasing tools, including photo shoots and material books.
- Ensure coordination and organization of the stand during sales events, managing back-office operations.
- Welcome clients, service providers, and industry professionals.
- Provide logistical support to vendors, including scheduling, IT, and sales tools.
- Familiarize with order-taking tools to extract data, track purchases, and prepare follow-up reports.
- Analyze organizational performance, including appointment times and tool usage.
- Coordinate post-showroom billing with Accounting.
- Conduct qualitative debriefings on showroom organization performance.
- Organize and coordinate e-commerce photo shoots, including preparation, dispatch, and tracking.
- Contribute to e-commerce commercial development for women's ready-to-wear.
- Assist in creating purchasing tools and recommendations, including mix, looks, and VM stories.
- Select pieces and ensure prototype compliance for sales opening.
- Propose additional prototype launches to enhance e-commerce offerings based on sales trends.
- Track purchases and operational follow-up with e-commerce merchandisers.
- Support order reviews and coordinate e-commerce photo shoots post-showroom.
- Facilitate communication as the primary contact for Collection, Digital, and Logistics teams.
- Support content distribution, including product description reviews and platform filter assignments.
- Analyze e-commerce performance to propose commercial actions to boost sales.
- Support competitive analysis and fashion trend monitoring.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or fashion school.
- Six months of prior business experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, discretion, and humility.
- Rigorous, organized, and dynamic approach.
- Analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers, Excel, and Power BI proficiency.
- Interest in ready-to-wear and fashion.
- Fluency in English.
Six months of prior business experience is appreciated.
Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or fashion school.
