Hermès Colorimetry Intern

- Characterize Hermès' color standards through a methodology combining sensory-visual and instrumental evaluation.
- Implement a material/color tolerance scale across 10 color palettes.
- Deploy methodologies in tanneries.
- Conduct sensory evaluation campaigns with expert and novice panels in accordance with ISO 8588:2017 and 8589:2007 standards.
- Establish specific measurement methodologies for materials, focusing on grain size, gloss, coverage, and dual tone.
- Execute instrumental evaluation campaigns of production lots and maintain a colorimetric database.
- Consolidate the corpus by creating missing colorimetric points to refine tolerance zones.
- Define the most suitable tolerance formula for leather substrates using AI and color deviation.
- Validate defined material/color tolerances and study reproducibility.
- Knowledge in colorimetry, pigments, and dyes.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in information systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
No specific experience required, but a background in colorimetry or related fields is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
