Collection Development Assistant Intern

1. Advance projects within the Hermès Table Collection plan.
2. Support product development in collaboration with the creation and technical development teams.
3. Assist product managers in daily tasks, including facilitating meetings.
4. Manage prototypes.
5. Update and maintain work documents and tools such as project sheets, pricing, photo library, catalog, and manuals.
6. Handle the shooting of new products and coordinate with the agency for retouching and file delivery.
7. Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies to provide analytical insights on the segment.
8. Monitor market trends and news, including new product launches.
9. Promote the segment through presentations and informal inter-team sharing.

1. Student in final year or gap year at a university or business school.
2. Ideally, previous experience in product development.
3. Recognized for dynamism, curiosity, agility, and service orientation.
4. Strong interest in high-end craftsmanship.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideally, a first experience in product development that has developed organizational skills, rigor, and initial project management skills.

Student in final year or gap year at a university or business school.

Internship contract for 6 months, full-time, starting from September 2025.
