Hermès Client Relations Coordinator

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Hermès.com and flagship boutique clients via phone and email.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written interactions.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and convey the Hermès style, values, and vision.
- Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Manage client voicemails and follow up on pending orders.
- Address and resolve delivery issues related to e-commerce orders.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies regarding data protection and security.
- Maintain high client expectations in every interaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Open availability from Monday through Sunday.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, including internships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of French and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
1-2 years of experience in a similar call center or customer service environment, including internships.
The hourly rate ranges from $23.43 to $28.64, determined by job location and individual experience.
