1. Answer phone, email, and live chat inquiries with impeccable communication skills.
2. Display and implement product knowledge while conveying Hermès style, values, and vision.
3. Follow-up and resolve all client issues and inquiries promptly.
4. Respond to client voicemails.
5. Place online orders and follow-up on pending orders.
6. Resolve delivery issues related to e-Commerce orders.
7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data protection and security policies.
8. Adhere to all Hermès policies and procedures related to the role.
9. Uphold high client expectations in every interaction.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

1-2 years of experience, including hands-on internship, in a similar call center and/or customer service environment.

The range for this position is $23.43 - $28.64 per hour. Actual rates are determined by the job, location, and individual experience.
