Hermès Client Experience Project Assistant Intern

- Assist in the creation of digital tools such as mini-sites for new collections, digital catalogs, and event applications.
- Participate in the setup of biannual jewelry showrooms, ensuring a unique and high-quality experience for the maison's subsidiaries.
- Manage event logistics including planning, back-office organization, and tool and logistical coordination.
- Support the production and setup of events, visual merchandising, and product scenography.
- Organize jewelry stock, including assortment, product flow, and security management.
- Coordinate training sessions for the sales team.
- Contribute to the creation of an internal website for new collections.
- Develop visual merchandising inspiration guides for new collections, including organizing and executing photo shoots.
- Support the development and maintenance of digital catalogs for both sales associates and clients.
- Assist in the creation of various sales support tools such as trays, notices, and gloves.
- Monitor competitor client experiences across visual merchandising, point-of-sale displays, lighting, packaging, and online versus offline experiences.
- Student in a gap year or final year of business school with a long-term internship experience demonstrating maturity and operational aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills and initiative, capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in PowerPoint with attention to detail in presentations and ability to propose innovative ideas.
