Client Experience Project Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the operational management of jewelry showrooms, including planning, back-office organization, tools, and logistics.
2. Support the setup and production of events, visual merchandising, and product scenography.
3. Organize jewelry stock, including assortment, product flow, and security management.
4. Coordinate training sessions for the sales team.
5. Contribute to the creation of an internal website for new collections.
6. Develop visual merchandising inspiration booklets for new collections.
7. Assist in the development of digital catalogs for sales staff and clients.
8. Support the development of various sales tools.
9. Monitor competitor client experience, including visual merchandising and online vs. offline experiences.

1. Student in a gap year or final year of business school.
2. Previous long-term internship experience demonstrating maturity and operational interest.
3. Strong organizational skills and initiative.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
