1. Assist in enhancing the client experience through various initiatives and projects.
2. Support the team in collecting and analyzing client feedback.
3. Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies.
4. Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on client experience objectives.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to client experience.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
2. Strong academic record.
3. Authorization to work in the USA.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

No prior experience required, but previous internships in luxury retail or client services are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
