Hermès Cosmetics Client Experience Intern

- Assist the Client Experience Team in planning, organizing, and executing various aspects of Fragrance and Beauty initiatives.
- Manage trackers and calendars effectively.
- Provide pre-event and post-event support, including recaps and data collection.
- Conduct competitive market research for events, activations, and services.
- Support on-site event execution and pre-event preparations.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for client experiences and hospitality.
- Compile and write post-event recaps for internal communications.
- Engage in miscellaneous special projects for the CDCRM team.
- Provide administrative support for invoice processing, contracts, and budgets.
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program.
- Retail experience within Cosmetics, particularly in Fragrance, Beauty, or Skincare, is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in Fashion or Luxury is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex work environment.
- Initiative and capability to work independently when required.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and work assignments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Time management skills, accuracy, and dependability.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
No specific professional experience required, though previous internships in fashion or luxury sectors are beneficial.
Enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program.
Interns are compensated at an hourly rate of US $20.00.
Interns will gain real-world experience, participate in a guest-speaker series, receive mentorship, and collaborate on a capstone project.
