- Support the Client Experience Team in planning, organizing, and executing aspects of Fragrance and Beauty.
- Assist with management of trackers and calendars.
- Provide pre/post-event support, recaps, and data collection.
- Conduct and compile competitive market research for events, activations, and services.
- Support on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
- Participate in creative brainstorming for client experiences and hospitality.
- Compile and write post-event recaps for internal communications.
- Handle miscellaneous special projects for CDCRM.
- Provide administrative support for invoice processing, contracts, and budgets.
- Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program
- Retail experience within Cosmetics (Fragrance/Beauty/Skincare) is preferred
- Previous internship experience in Fashion or Luxury is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Capability to manage multiple projects and work assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Deliver information clearly and concisely
- Time-sensitive, accurate, and dependable
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Previous internship experience in Fashion or Luxury is a plus. Retail experience within Cosmetics is preferred.
Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program
Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00.
Internship includes a learning-focused guest-speaker series, mentorship, networking opportunities, and collaboration on a capstone project.
