Hermès Client Experience Coordinator

- Serve as the specialist for CRM tools and data management.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of the customer database through various initiatives.
- Analyze customer data and purchasing behaviors.
- Monitor customer experience KPIs.
- Implement CRM projects.
- Manage client communication, including clienteling, emailings, and mailings.
- Support store teams with CRM tools and projects.
- Participate in customer targeting for international and local events.
- Track client invitations and engagement.
- Contribute to the operational deployment of commercial activations.
- Conduct ROI analyses of customer activations.
- Deploy specific retail projects.
- Manage uniform orders.
- University degree or equivalent from a Business School.
- 4-5 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or project management.
- Familiarity with retail and a passion for customer relations and communication.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Agility, flexibility, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Power BI, Cognos, Cegid, Dynamics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented spirit.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
4-5 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or project management, preferably within the retail sector.
University degree or equivalent from a Business School.
