- Warmly welcome clients throughout the store, embodying the role of a 'Maître de Maison'.
- Guide clients to desired departments, liaising with sales advisors.
- Offer beverages to clients, maintaining a high standard of hospitality service and ensuring cleanliness of service areas.
- Manage client engagement across multiple channels, including web-to-shop and shop-to-shop interactions.
- Maintain close relationships with VIP and regular clients through an in-depth understanding of the environment.
- Engage with clients about their past experiences in the store.
- Recognize and appropriately welcome distinguished personalities, adhering to specific protocols.
- Oversee client flow in high-volume departments such as fashion accessories, footwear, and jewelry.
- Actively participate in feedback collection to support continuous improvement.
- Provide support for additional requests as needed.
- Current student seeking enriching client interaction experience.
- Proven experience in high-end retail or hospitality environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
