- Serve clients via phone, online messenger, and email, addressing inquiries about products, stock availability, store information, and online orders.
- Handle client requests related to after-sales service, personal data management, and online order cancellations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise solutions to client issues.
- Generate sales by creating client orders in the E-Commerce back-office for phone orders.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance brand knowledge and service skills.
- 2-7 years of experience in professional client service, preferably in luxury fashion, hospitality, or VIP financial services.
- Ability to handle difficult clients with maturity.
- Team-oriented with a respectful demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with a passion for growth and challenges.
- Proficiency in digital tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Business-level proficiency in English preferred.
- Availability to work on weekends based on a shift schedule.
