1. Serve clients via phone, online messenger, and email on a daily basis.
2. Answer client questions about products, stock availability, store information, and online orders.
3. Handle client requests regarding after-sales service, personal data, and order cancellations.
4. Communicate with internal teams to generate solutions to client problems.
5. Create client orders in the E-Commerce back-office for phone orders.
6. Participate in regular training sessions to gain brand knowledge and skills.

1. 2-7 years of experience in professional client service, preferably in luxury fashion, hospitality, or VIP financial service.
2. Ability to handle difficult clients professionally.
3. Respectful team player.
4. Good communication skills with a people-oriented mindset.
5. Self-motivated with a passion for growth and challenges.
6. Fast learner of digital tools.
7. Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
9. Business level of English is preferred.
10. Ability to work on weekends based on a shift schedule.

2-7 years of experience in professional client service, preferably in luxury fashion, hospitality, or VIP financial service.
