- Engage sincerely with clients to build rapport and make them comfortable.
- Present relevant product features and benefits based on client needs, sharing product stories.
- Establish and maintain client relationships by informing them about new products and services.
- Invite customers to share their details for ongoing relationship building.
- Ensure the store is merchandised correctly and products are returned to their place after viewing.
- Maintain well-stocked departments and properly stored products to prevent damage.
- Participate in management tasks related to sales and adhere to administrative procedures for exchanges, returns, and repairs.
- Share client feedback on products and propose ideas for store and service improvement.
- Proven track record in a sales position within luxury retail.
- Empathy and sincerity in customer service.
- Professionalism in customer interactions.

- Familiarity with Hermès products.

- Fluency in Arabic
